Is it possible to cancel a non refundable booking?
Non refundable bookings are conditioned by charging the credit card for the full amount of the stay immediately upon receipt of the booking. Such a confirmed booking can’t be changed for another time period and in the event of cancellation the amount paid will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation .

When is the earliest we can check into our room and the latest we need to check out?
Check in is from 14:00 and an earlier check in can’t be confirmed in advance because the check out time is up to 12:00 so it depends on the condition of the booking on arrival if an early check in is possible. Guests can leave their luggage at the reception desk in a special room in case they arrive early. Check out time is at 12:00 and late check-out is possible if the booking situation permits, in that case a charge of 300 Kuna is levied and the late check out is up until 19:00.

What are the cancellation terms?
Reservations can be cancelled at no cancellation cost cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. If cancelled within less than 3 days then the amount of one nights’ accommodation will be charged an in the case of “no-shows” the full amount will be charged.

What is the family room?
A family room is the title for 2 interconnecting rooms in classic wing ,ideal choice for a family with 2 children. They are located in the new part of the hotel, one room with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have separate facilities and are generally sold individually in fact only joining door sets them apart from all the other rooms.

Also, available for families for up to 2 children are 2 junior suites which consist of; bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa which is 160 x 200 cm when rolled out and 2 children can share it.

Do the superior rooms have balconies?
No, the superior wings does not have any balconies.

Do superior rooms have two single beds?
No, superior rooms and suites, have no possibility of separate beds, they all exclusively have double beds.

In which type of room can three people sleep?
Because of their spaciousness, superior rooms with a view of the park and suites can accommodate three people and maintain a high level of comfort. The third bed is a sofa bed (90 x 180 cm).
Classic rooms in the new section of the Hotel Lapad are not designed for three people because of their size and if a sofa bed were included the room would automatically lose a lot of free space as well as making it almost impossible to go to the balcony so the hotel does not recommended three people in this wing.

Do you have disabled access and do you have rooms equipped for the disabled?
Yes, the hotel has disabled access, the lifts are wide enough for a wheelchair and we also have two rooms fully equipped for disabled guests. Both of these rooms have a double bed, walk in shower and are quite spacious. The width of the door is 90 cm.

What are your room sizes?
Our superior rooms are large 27-35 m2, while the size of the classic rooms ranges between 22-23 m2.
The junior suite is also very spacious at 42 m2 and the superior apartment is 35 m2

Does the hotel have parking place?
Yes, hotel has private parking, not covered, daily ticket is 10 euro.

Does the hotel have WIFI internet?
Yes, all the rooms in the Hotel Lapad have WIFI internet, as well as other areas within the hotel.

Is there tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms?
Yes, tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all our rooms

Are pets allowed in the Hotel Lapad?
No

Does your hotel offer a transfer service within their offer?
Yes, the hotel has agreed a transfer service, it is only necessary to submit information about your flights, the transfer is paid directly at the reception and the prices are as follows:

Where can I buy bus tickets?
Bus tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception

How do I get to the city?
You can either catch the local bus number 6, or by taxi or on foot. It is approximately 3.5 kilometres to the city and on foot takes around 45 minutes.

How far is it to the closet beach?
The closest beach is only 800 metres from the hotel

Are towels at the swimming pool free?
Yes, the towels are free and are to be used exclusively by the pool

What are the opening times of the pool?
The hotel’s swimming pool is open from 7.00 to 19.00.

Am I allowed to consume my own food and drinks by the pool?
No, consumption of your own food and drink is not allowed by the pool. The pool bar is open from 8.00 to 24.00, where you can buy food and drinks.

Will I definitely get a double bed if you ask for one?
Our rooms with double beds are limited. Sometimes we fail to meet this demand, but we can put an insert on the beds which is a good replacement for a double bed .

Is it possible to have a late check-out?
Depending on the hotel occupancy is possible to have a late check-out with a surcharge.

Do you offer meals for guests with special diets (gluten free, dairy free)
Yes, the hotel has within its wide choice of cuisines meals designed for guests with special diets.

We also offer a vegetarian menu.

What time do you serve breakfast and dinner?
Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30.
Dinner is from 19:00 to 22:00.
And both are buffet style.

Is it possible to pre-book a table at the restaurant for dinner?
No, unfortunately because of the limitation of space we do not accept bookings for our restaurant in advance.

What happens in the case that we leave/arrive before the time of breakfast/dinner?
For guests who have a late arrival we prepare a ''cold'' dinner and for those who have a very early flight we will prepare a lunch box.

Does the hotel offer full board?
The full board service includes lunch. Lunch is available in the restaurant from 12:00 to 14:00 and can be a la carte for a surcharge of 20 Euros per person.
